Art Deco era Triangle lift arm cigarette lighter. With Windor mechanical watch/clock. Lighter works fine, new flint installed. Has the original spring inside flint barrel. Very nice leather wrapped handle. Clock is not running or winding. Not sure how you could even remove it? Very nice piece, looks to be complete and all original. Small bubble in lens.
