This is a nice antique early 20th century Art Deco period Thomas Francois Cartier signed spelter snarling panther on rocks sculpture clock on a marble base, both the rocks and sculpture are spelter. In pretty nice shape as the pics show with some minor wear / losses to the patina on the top from age and being touched and it comes exactly as shown and is in working condition.
