It does run but is untested for time and accuracy. Outstanding clock has been sitting on a shelf as decor for years and years. There is no visible marking of maker on the porcelain dial. I can see something but it is too far gone to make an accurate statement. I don’t see any names on the movement. It was wound, comes with a key (not original to clock but works). It does run but will poop out after a few minutes. Please look at all pictures and the incredible details. Faces are peeling out of the legs and other parts of the clock. The numbers on the dial are Art nouveau. There is a finial on the top and two on the sides. It does not open. Stands 23.5 tall. We take our time to use only quality packing materials.
