Stunning Vintage Art Deco Period Mantle Clock Blue & Chrome – 8 Day. For sale very attractive blue glass and chrome mantle clock which just shouts of Art Deco. Although the clock is unmarked but I believe it to be made in Germany by Kienzel and possible designed by HEINRICH MOLLER. This is because it has the same high quality movement as a mechanical KIENZLE 6 Jewel 8 Day Rubis movement. Clear glass to the front and blue glass at the back. The movement is enclosed in a chrome case with a chrome folding winder. CONDITION: The two glass pieces of glass are in very good condition with no visible marks, chips or damage. The chrome is worn off the top surfaces of the frame due to constant polishing over 70 – 80 yrs. The chrome movement case and winder are in outstandingly good condition. The clock is working however it is now stopping after some minutes, guessing in need of a service. Measures 6″ x 3.5″ x 1.5.
