I have for sale an antique Didisheim, Goldschmidt & Fils Co. The case is made of brass and beveled edge cut glass, and it sits on a solid marble base. The clock face has two dancing girls/women in the garden with a bird sitting on the arch window. I believe the artwork is printed, with details and highlights hand painted with brush. There is a signature on the bottom right about 5 o’clock. The name may be “Duru”? Inside the window is a metal cupid/cherub hammering on an arrow The title of the artwork is “I CAUGHT HIM”. It is engraved on the back. The manual, hand winding movement is made in Switzerland. Please note that the clock is not running. Also, the clock face has a small broken part on top right on the edge (see last photo). It is the top part of the screw hole. So the clock face has only one screw holding it in place on lower left-so it’s a little loose. You can only see this when you take off the front case. Approximate dimensions are: 4 1/4″ tall, 3 3/8 wide, 1 3/8″ deep. This is are finely crafted, high quality timepiece. That is in good cosmetic condition.
