1936 Telechron Red Dot Wall Clock. Excellent condition and accurate timekeeper with sweep red second hand. Manufactured in Ashland, Mass. By the Warren Telechron Co. Last Patent date is 2002433 dating this to 1936. Metal bezel/surround is in perfect condition with the original heavy glass cover. This clock face has the rare Art Deco number font and wide hands that are most desirable. There is a light carbon “ghost” shadow that misted out of the hole where the red dot is located and rises towards the “12” on the dial. This is from 80+ years of the electric motor operating. This will wipe clean without a trace if you want to remove the glass dial cover. The first photo shows the color of the dial most accurately.
