Constructed from black Slate and a light green Agate Stone this circa-1920s French Art Deco Wall Clock was made by, L’Emeraude Lausanne. It measures 7 7/8″ wide by 11 ¾” tall and has gilt bronze accents with a recessed, soft pink, Guilloche Enamel panel. The white enamel clock ring has Roman numeral numbers and the convex crystal and blue steel hands are original. Measuring 3 ¾ in diameter pink Guilloche Enamel Face shimmers as it moves. The back is also gold gilt and is marked, L’Emeraude Lausanne 8-jours. The main spring is wound tight and I cannot get this clock to run. We will guarantee that the works are complete and restorable, probably with just a cleaning. You will find there is No reserve on this exceptional, Hard Stone & Guilloche Enamel, Art Deco, Wall Clock. The only physical problem is a very tiny chip to the back corner of the slate.
