This is one of Welch’s rare “Jewel” model paperweight, desk clocks in blue/cobalt glass. The case is in great condition. There are no major flaws, but I notice a couple of flea bites. The dial is good and the hands are probably original. The clock was wound and ran while it was being listed and continued to run afterwards.
