Yellow Art Deco Continental Model 1600 AM Tube Clock Radio. Needs restored

I plugged the radio in and the clock starts to run. The radio doesn’t work but at one point in time the radio had a loud hum then nothing else. The small time set knob is missing. I believe this was made in Waltham Massachusetts. Nice looking but needs attention. Does not seem to tick when wound and the setting control seems stripped? I believe all clocks need attention at some point. Height is about 11 inches. Width about 15 inches and depth just 3.5 inches. I believe this one is from 1930 so it does have some age.
