Junghans W64 Art Deco Chime Mantle Clock. Junghans W64 Art Deco chime 8-day Mantle Clock comes with key for 3 front holes. W64 clicks were produced after 1936. Left hole powers strike at top of hour. Middle hole powers time train which allows clock to keep time. Right hole powers quarter hour chime. Clock dimensions are 21″W x 5.75″D x 8.875H. Other markings inside are J-logo inside star which is Junghans mark; 183/40 over 92. As far as I know, 183 refers to beats per minute; 40 refers to teeth on balance wheel; 92 refers to 92mm pendulum length. Additionally, markings of 50 3 indicates clock was manufactured March 1950. As is rather common with these vintage Junghans clock, the back of the pendulum has deteriorated but does not affect the functionality of clock.
