The founder of Electric Neon Clock Co. Winger was born 1899 in Austria-Hungary and moved to the States when he was 5. Upon moving, he started school and attended until the 8th grade and then had to start working and was self-taught from then on. Winger developed his first clock in his early thirties and went on to build the Electric Neon Clock Co. Fun Fact – To make his first sale, Winger had to sit in the buyers waiting room for an entire WEEK to show how persistent he was to make the sale.
