These clocks are genuine vintage in age, averaging approximately 65 years old, and were built in the 1950s era. Bugsy’s Dad Enterprises has brought this timepiece back to a nearly new appearance using a painstaking restoration process that we have developed and includes disassembly, cleaning, inspection, parts replacements as needed, reassembly, re-bonding the glass crystal, refinishing/sealing the gold surfaces, and finally, an extended operational test for accuracy and quiet operation. Each clock receives a new, factory motor, new properly-rated power cord and a cord restraint collar for additional safety. We clean and polish the plastic base plate, apply new felt furniture glides, and affix tasteful labels with the Owner’s name (or short phrase of your choice) and the manufacture date or era, if known. The photographs on this listing showcase our quality of work and unwavering attention to detail. Once your order is placed, we will customize the clock to your specifications of hand and number color, complete the assembly process and conduct a detailed final inspection. The Glow-in-the-Dark color is available at an additional charge due to the meticulous and lengthy labor to apply the paint (in multiple coats) and and the high cost of the premium Glow-in-the-Dark paint we use.
