This is a beautiful clock – unsigned, no makers name – definitely 1930-40s. The clock has marbled and swirled Catalin-Bakelite trim on either side – no chips or cracks here – the clock is framed with silver? Trim – not sure if it is Sterling and the dial is complex with a checkered pattern in the center. The clock measures 8 1/2″ across at the black base – 6 1/4″ high – it winds and both controls are present but it does not run. One of the more attractive clocks in a while, especially with the asymmetric Butterscotch trim to either side.
