Antique c1929 English “Enfield” Art Deco Westminster Chiming Clock with Silence. Antique c1929 English “Enfield” Westminster chiming clock. The case is in great condition and the clock is in full working order. It has a beautiful Art Deco shaped oak. Body with a domed top and Art Deco style carving throughout. The oak has a medium/dark brown coloured finish with a darker visible grain. And a soft subtle shine. The face has a silver coloured metal chapter ring, black coloured numerals and. Hands (the numerals look to have been touched up by hand). On the number three is the silence/chime lever (fully functional). To the rear is the door to the mechanism chamber. The door is intact and in excellent condition. This chimes at quarter past the hour, half past the hour, quarter to the hour and on the hour. On the hour it also chimes the number of hours.
