Here is a recent estate find. This is a Rare Antique Working 19th Century TERRY Victorian Walnut Parlor Mantel Shelf Clock, made by the Terry Clock Company Pittsfield Mass USA, circa 1870. It has a Walnut Wood Case with Ornate Carved Designs, and Reverse Painted Glass Tablet with Victorian Bird Designs. The Original “Terry Clock Company” Maker’s Label is on the Back. The Dial is the Original Paper Over Tin Dial with Roman Numerals and Brass Center Ring and Bezel. It has a Terry Brass Mechanical Wind-Up “Time and Strike” Key Wound Movement with Cathedral Coil Spring Gong Chime , which is Signed Terry Clock Co. There are 2 Winding Arbors, and It includes a Winding Key and Ornate Adjustable Victorian Regulator Pendulum. The Clock measures approx. 20 1/2″ Tall x 12 3/4″ Wide x 4 1/2 Deep.
