Art Deco Skyscraper design 1920’s-30’s era mantle clock. The paper labels have deteriorated from age and are illegible so I can’t say who the maker might have been. The cabinet is wood. It’s meticulously hand painted in an individual brushstroke pattern. The finish is original, has not been touched-up or restored, shows expected evidence of age. The case measures about 16″ tall x 15″ wide x 5-1/2 deep. The Junghans 8-Day key-wind pendulum movement runs for days and chimes but I’ve never timed it for precise accuracy or duration. Comes with its winding key and pendulum. View all 12 photos for a good look, use the zoom for close-ups.
