Vintage 1930’s German “Haller” Art Deco Westminster Chiming Mantel Clock. Westminster chiming mantel clock. This is in excellent condition and is in working order. It has a stunning oak body in a twist to the typical Napoleon hat style with beautiful inlay throughout and chromed feet. The oak has a light brown coloured finish with a darker visible grain. The face is circular in shape with a silver coloured metal chapter ring, black coloured numerals and silver. To the right of the. Number three is the chime/silence selector lever (unfortunately this function isn’t working). The face is protected by a convex glass door with a chromed metal bezel. The glass is in excellent condition with no scratches, cracks or chips. To the back is the door to the mechanism chamber. The door is intact and in excellent condition. This chimes at quarter past the hour, half past the hour, quarter to the hour and on the hour. On the hour this chimes the number of hours also. It has a soft sounding chime.
