A spectacular large Art Deco clock with a Native American Indian holding a lasso on horseback jumping over the clock face. Highly unusual and extremely rare subject matter. A dynamic piece attributed to Conill Antoine Bofill? Exquisitely detailed throughout This clock would have been ordered as a one off gift rather than a mass produced item. The mother of pearl effect dial features the words “Aux Etoiles, Lyon 35 pas De Hotel Dieu”. The sculpture is cast in cold painted spelter. Clock case is made of two-color marble and white / cream onyx. In very good antique condition with usual signs of age as to be expected. Clock movement has recently been serviced and it is in a good, working condition. Extremely rare opportunity not to be missed! Dimensions : 65cms high, 58 length and 13cms wide.
