This is a lovely vintage Art Deco clock bt Whitehall Hammond. It has spin-to-start sychronous electric movement. It seems to keep time and all hands seem to work properly. It is off-white Onyx/Marble with a black inlay band. Bronze birds are slightly loose & will need to be tightened. There is an half-inch scratch on glass front.
