I think clock has been overwound and msy need a new spring. I dont think its a difficult fix. The case is very nice brass and a painted or cloisonne Asian motif. Minor paint loss on top from normal use. The two Asian curtain panels that open to the clock face work well. Backing opens up nicely. Altogether a charming Swiss table clock by a very good Swiss maker. 3 1/2 inches wide x 3 inches high x 2 inches thick.
