Italian HANDMADE lion mantel clock by Famous I. A figurative lion Italian mantel clock by Ottaviani. This Art Deco clock features a shiny silver toned finish and depicts a pair of highly detailed fighting lions flanking a small clock, and rising on a rectangular base with 4 ball feet. The clock face displays black Roman numerals and hands, along with a chapter ring set on a silver toned bezel. The base is inscribed “Ottaviani”, and the felted underside is labeled with the “Neiman Marcus” sticker. Was given exclusive distribution rights to this sculpture. A label that reads “Magnitudo Artis, Ottaviani, Made in Italy”is on the bottom side. It also has the sterling silver plated stamp embossed. Clock takes an “N LR1″ battery. 16.5″ W x 6.5″ H x 3.25. X 3.3/4 Deep. 7 lbs 4.9 oz. Condition:There is some tarnish/worn areas on it. As you can compare by the pictures the light reflections make the tarnished areas deeper.
