Lalique Frosted and Clear Crystal Iris Clock in Very Good Condition. I took special pains to take good photograph this piece so that potential buyers could fully appreciate Laliques artistry. It is a gorgeous example of Lalique quality and design. It is a mantle or desk clock measuring about about 8 inches wide by 3.25 inches deep and 6.75 inches high. This is a new clock. The original clock quit working and was not repairable. This new clock has an ivory face with Roman numerals. It has a quartz battery operated movement that keeps nearly perfect time. The ivory dial and Roman Numerals are very similar to the original. Note: We have another one of these, at a significantly higher price, that still has the original Lalique clock in working condition. Those original clocks are now thirty to forty years old and are wearing out. Lalique no longer carries replacement clocks and they old clocks are sealed units not repairable. We think you’re better off with one like this that already has a new clock. Guaranteed authentic and signed on the edge of the base Lalique ® France. This beautiful piece is a blend of frosted and smooth glass complimented by the delicately formed of fluid lines. The crystal iris flower and leaf details are extraordinary. This piece is painstakingly hand-crafted in the Alsace region France where Laliques workshops are located. No observable defects such as scratches, fleabites, cracks or other damage. The is in perfect mint condition. We do not have the original Lalique box but we do have some attractive gift boxes.
