These were originally slave clocks and were all connected to the the master clock in the captain&###x2019;s cabin so that he could change the time of every clock on board as the boat entered a new time zone. These are now extremely rare and difficult to get hold of, at the time of writing we don&###x2019;t expect to be able to procure any more of these beautiful timepieces. A substantial and unusual clock with an air of Art Deco styling that works so well with many interior styles. We&###x2019;ve decided to do a very limited edition run of these great clocks and by that we mean two or three! These have been hand finished in a beautiful genuine copper leaf which has a lovely texture and slightly distressed feel to it&###x2019;s surface. The clock is then sealed with a clear acrylic coating to protect the surface from tarnishing. A small knob on the longest side of the triangular face turns to allow both clock faces to open out like a pair of wings, providing access to the clock mechanisms.
