I never saw a Chelsea clock in a floor case before. I do have paperwork from Chelsea stating this movement was made for the floor case. The clock’s dimensions are approximately; H- 66″, W- 10″ & D- 10. The Case: The mahogany case is in fine physical condition and has a wonderful patina. The case has not been refinished and is exactly what a collector wants, nothing altered or changed that I can see. The top finials are original and not replacements. The Dial/Face: The dial is in excellent physical condition and has a wonderful patina. The hour and minute hands are original and fit tightly to the arbor. The Mechanism: The Chelsea 8 day spring driven time only mechanism has been running well for the last couple weeks. It has a strong ticking sound and keeps very accurate time. The serial number on the mechanism is 167408. The Keys: The door lock key is missing. The winding key looks like a Chelsea winding key from the time period of the clock. Antique collectors and/or clock enthusiasts will love this original condition clock that is in great working order. All sales are final. All questions will be responded to in a timely manner.
