This Telechron Art Deco styled clock, model 5F03 from 1935 – 1936 is in very nice condition. The clock runs great and it keeps perfect time. The red dot power failure indicator works just like it should. Know as the “Brandon” this is a very hard model to find because of it’s low production figure of only 2644 units and because most collectors who have one don’t want to part with it. This is a beautifully styled clock with it’s unique dial and the use of sharp lines, gentle curves, and contrasting veneers of maple and mahogany. Unfortunately there are some chips to the veneer on the front left portion of the base. This should be an easy fix because the entire piece of the affected veneer can be replaced without too much difficulty. The clock does display very well and these veneer blemishes don’t distract too much from it’s beauty.
