A lovely matching pair of Art Deco period French cassolette or mantle clock garniture made of black slate, brown marble and brass. Turned finials with decorative etched slate accents on a slate podium with brown marble trim on a square base with bracket feet. There are no apparent makers marks. Measuring 9.5″ tall x 4″ wide x 3 deep this pair is in excellent condition condition with. Tarnishing, minor surface scratches, and general wear that is consistent with age and careful use.
