The clock does run, but it needs a tune-up and cleaning to ensure its accuracy. The seconds wheel turns fine. The minute wheel turns, but doesn’t always line up well in the window. The “tens” and “hours” wheels don’t turn, but a quick cleaning and tune up would likely fix it.
