French 1920-30 ART DECO ELECTRIC CLOCK IN GLASS, NICKELED SILVER AND BAKELITE. ELECTRO-MAGNETIC PENDULUM, in working condition , with 1.5v battery. Bakélite IS shiny with no cracks on the base.
