This Art Deco clock made by Smiths of England hung in my grandmother’s living room from the 1930’s to the 1960’s when I inherited it and brought it over to the U. It is battery operated, works fine and keeps good time. The clock measures 18″ wide x 12″ high. The wooden’sunbeams’ have green highlights on a bronze background (see photos). It is stamped’Gilt’ and’9′ on the back. Condition is excellent with some very minor age-related wear.
