The Art Deco metal frame/body has a great step design and has been repainted because the original was not appealing. The mechanical unit on back looks new. We installed new wire and a new plug and it works perfectly! In fact, the second hand moves smooth like a Rolex Watch! Not ticking movement, in fact, no ticking sound. No sound at all. It is a quiet wonderful clock! The Art Deco face is beautiful too! The convex glass is like new just like the face! The frame measures about 14 in diameter! Sorry for the discoloration in the photos, the face is a light tan. Enjoy this wonderful find! My recommendation for setting the time. I believe this to be high quality mechanical clock.
