Then a half stamped “Triangular” Makers “Initials” Mark that is barely visible! Plus a SILVER inside Frame, Both Exquisitely HAND DECORATED by Cartier Craftsman! This Table Clock is believed to be from the ART DECO Era – c1910’s to c1920’s! These are to be Platinum Hands Encrusted with REAL Genuine WHITE Diamonds! This Table Clock is in “GOOD WORKING” Condition & Nice Shape for it’s Age. Time Sets Good Winds Up Nice Keeps Time Fine [Only looses about 2 mins a day]. No Real Scratches, Dents, or Major Damage Anywhere. Although; there is a crack in the BONE or CATALIN Base on the Bottom. The Glass is not perfect, there is a flick & two small chips on three of the corners. Travel Table Clock Measures approx; 2 7/8 Inches SQUARE x 3/4 of an Inch Thick. There appear to be NO “Maker’s Mark’s” on the workings of the Clock. The Clock Pro; believed that is was a c1910 15 Jewel “SWISS” Movement. Guaranteed to be Authentic and As Described! Once owner by Charles Keck; He was a Famous Stone Carver; Artist & Sculptor. Trained under Augustus St. Gaudens; He traveled all over Europe & the World. Studied at the American Academy in Rome, and in Greece, Florence, and Paris. The belief is; As a Graduate Student, On one of his trips abroad, in the Early 1900’s.
