It measures 6″ in diameter by 6 ΒΌ” tall and is made of chrome. There is some tiny dings to the edge and some very fine specks to the chrome. Also there is some discoloration to the clock face. We plugged this clock in and it did not run, but the alarm did ring for a moment when we moved the switch, then it stopped as well. You will see in the close up photographs that the original wiring does need to be replaced and it is taped in one section.
